Friday’s Important Notes
For tomorrow:
1. Our lab is due tomorrow.
2. If you are one of my x-block movie watchers (Which Way Home) your extra credit is due tomorrow
3. There is a short Rubenstein reading since we are starting a new unit tomorrow.
4. Test corrections will begin tomorrow morning, but I will not be at school until 7:45 (a bit later than normal)
5. 1st period needs to see the previous blog post because you have a little extra homework.
1st Period Globalization HW
You are to brainstorm tonight and research ways to reach high school teens. You need to research how businesses market to teenage kids and how other awareness campaigns get information to teenagers. You need to come up with 5 ideas/ways each and then cite your source (probably a website/ article/ research journal) as to where you found that idea.
Our job is going to be running an awareness campaign at Pope High School about what is occurring in Syria. It is going to be led by you guys, but we will be using class time and several AO sessions to plan and work.
Come in with your five ways to reach teenagers tomorrow with your sources cited.
